Facebook, Instagram launch tool to show time spent on apps

Facebook has launched a tool to show users the time spent on both Facebook and Instagram apps each day, plus the average across the week. Users can also set a daily time 'limit' to send a reminder when the limit is crossed. The tool is located under 'Your Time On Facebook' in Facebook's 'Settings' and 'Your Activity' in Instagram's 'Settings'.
