Facebook to remove religious views and 'interested in' info from profiles

Facebook will be removing four information fields from profiles, which include religious views, political views, addresses and the 'interested in' field, which indicates a user's sexual orientation, starting next month. The platform is doing so "to make Facebook easier to navigate and use". Users who have filled the fields on their profiles will get notifications regarding the change.
