Facebook to show users pop-ups before sharing COVID-19 posts

In a move to deal with misinformation surrounding COVID-19 on its platform, Facebook said it'll show pop-ups to users who share links related to the virus. The pop-up will have a link to Facebook's COVID-19 Information Center and details about when the content was first published and shared. Facebook rolled out a similar pop-up for when users shared dated articles.
