Facebook's Jio deal is the largest investment for a minority stake by a tech firm

Reliance Industries on Wednesday said that Facebook's $5.7 billion investment in Jio Platforms for 10% stake is the largest investment for a minority stake by a technology company anywhere in the world. It's also the largest FDI in the technology sector in India, it added. The deal values Jio Platforms at a pre-money enterprise value of about $66 billion.
