Fact Check: Govt scheme offering free phone, scooty to women

YouTube video claiming that Centre has come up with a scheme offering free mobile to every family is being circulated on social media. The Press Information Bureau (PIB) said that the claims are false and no such scheme has been launched. PIB further said that claims like free scooty for women and one job per family are also false.
