A video that has surfaced online falsely claims to show the arrest of an Indian man, identified as Bhuvesh Patel, for "starting" a fire amid the ongoing LA wildfires with a blowtorch. A fact-check by The Quint revealed that the person isn't Patel nor is he an Indian national but rather a 20-year-old Mexican national named Juan Manuel Sierra-Leyva.
