Fact Check: PM Modi, Netanyahu didn't announce aid for Afghanistan

Several X handles shared digitally manipulated videos of PMs of India and Israel, claiming that the two leaders announced monetary assistance to Afghanistan. BOOM found that both videos had been altered using AI. They also went through the original speeches delivered by PM Modi and Netanyahu at Israel's parliament, the Knesset, but found no such announcement by them.
