Factories tell us 'Don't come next time' if we're unwell: Noida worker amid protests

Factory worker Surender Kashyap, who is among the workers protesting in Noida, said factories tell workers not to come next time if they are unwell. "They set a target for 70 pieces an hour, and if we don’t supply, they humiliate us," Surender added. "For years, they've given a mere ₹320 hike...They force us to work at night," he stated.
