Fake account of Rahul Gandhi seen on Mastodon as many Indians move there

A fake account of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi appeared on open-source social media network Mastodon on Friday. "This is to clarify that the accounts of Shri Rahul Gandhi, Smt. Priyanka Gandhi or that of INC India on Mastodon are not authentic," the party tweeted. Several Indians joined Mastodon after accusing Twitter of bias for suspending lawyer Sanjay Hegde's account.
