Fake disability papers run rampant in the UPSC exams: Amit Kilhor

Forged certificates are widespread in the UPSC, educator Amit Kilhor alleged. On the 'Figuring Out' podcast, he said dozens of candidates use fake EWS and physical-disability documents, citing Puja Khedkar's faked papers. He claimed one officer holding a locomotor-disability certificate was filmed dancing in a music video, yet such frauds, he said, almost never get caught.
