Fake message claims government will now monitor phone calls

A fake message is circulating with a claim that the government will now monitor phone calls and posts on social media under "new communication rules". The fact-checking unit of the government, PIB Fact Check, took to X and clarified that the claim made by the message was fake. "No such rule has been imposed by Government of India," it added.
