Fake US presidential seal used during Trump's speech

A fake US presidential seal was used during President Donald Trump's speech at an event in Washington DC on Tuesday. The image included a two-headed eagle resembling that in the Russian coat of arms. The eagle in the image had golf clubs in its left talons, instead of arrows, and cash in its right talons, instead of an olive branch.
