Falcon Tyres, Dunlop India officials barred from securities market

SEBI has banned Falcon Tyres' Executive Chairman Pawan Kumar Ruia for two years and Executive Director Sunil Bhansali for one year for violating market norms. Three former directors of Dunlop India were also restrained for six months. This comes after a probe found that the companies issued shares on a preferential basis to avoid the minimum public shareholding requirement.
