Family is my support system: Shaheen on mental health struggles

Shaheen Bhatt opened up about her struggles with mental health and credited her family for supporting her. "My family is my home, they are people who give me space and they are people who love me unconditionally...I don't feel any sense of judgement, I feel accepted and loved so they have been a great support system for me," she added.
