The family of 22-year-old cabin crew member, who died in Air India plane crash last year, continues to recharge his mobile phone to keep an active connection. "It's been a year. We keep sending him messages on his WhatsApp, telling him about our routine," his father said while breaking down. The London-bound plane crashed shortly after takeoff, killing 260 people.
