A dream Alaskan cruise for the Gault family of Tulsa, Oklahoma, turned into a nightmare after a local tour operator mix-up left them stranded in Ketchikan, Alaska. The family, including two parents, six children, and a 78-year-old grandmother, missed their departure when the bus transporting them back from a lumberjack show never arrived.
