Family of man killed in Kashmir encounter claims he had no militant links

A day after the Indian Army said a terrorist was eliminated in J&K's Ganderbal, the family claimed he had no militant links. "He was totally innocent...and he was killed," Ajaz Ahmad Mughal, the brother of the deceased Rashid Ahmad Mughal, said. "The family can claim anything...It is a sensitive issue; the truth will come out," a Defence spokesperson told IE.
