Family of woman biker speaks after viral Gurugram hit-and-run

The family of biker Sia has spoken about Gurugram hit-and-run. Her father said they were fortunate she escaped serious injury and questioned how she could be harassed and hit in broad daylight. Her brother said Sia called him immediately after the incident and told him that four men in the car chased and harassed her before the vehicle struck her.
