Famous 5-star resort Imagica to be sold for ₹248 crore

Imagicaaworld Entertainment has announced that it'll sell its famous five-star resort, 'Novotel Imagica', to Juniper Hotels for ₹248 crore to meet its long-term capital needs for expansion. Novotel Imagica is located next to Imagicaa Theme and Water Park on Khopoli-Pali Road, off the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The resort has 287 Superior Rooms, five suites, 20 Premier Rooms and a Presidential Suite.
