Fans in UP hold Ganga aarti for India's victory ahead of Women's T20 WC clash vs Pak

Cricket fans held a special Ganga aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat in Prayagraj and Sheetla Ghat in Varanasi, praying for India's victory ahead of their Women's T20 World Cup 2026 opener against Pakistan. People were seen holding posters of the Indian team, as well as Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur. The match will be played at Edgbaston in Birmingham on Sunday.
