Fans unable to access tickets after FIFA's ticketing app crashes

Thousands of fans were unable to access tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar after FIFA's ticketing app crashed. Tickets on the app "disappeared" from accounts and we were unable to transfer tickets to other individuals accompanying us, an affected fan said. Fans were then instructed to reach Ticket Resolution Points, causing long lines.
