Fans want him as RCB captain because he is Kohli, his form not impressive: Manjrekar

Reacting to reports of Virat Kohli taking over as RCB captain for IPL 2025, ex-India cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar said 95% fans want him to be captain just because he's Virat Kohli. "But if you just go by his performances, it's not...impressive. This is my problem," he stated. RCB didn't retain Faf Du Plessis who led team in past few seasons.
