Farooq Abdullah dismisses NC rift reports, assures MLAs

JKNC president Farooq Abdullah called reports of a party split "completely false" after several discontented MLAs met him and CM Omar Abdullah in Srinagar. He assured legislators their concerns following the recent Cabinet expansion would be addressed in phases. MLA Nazir Ahmad Khan also denied any new faction had emerged within the party.
