Fashion startup Spoyl in talks with Amazon, Flipkart for acquihire: Report

Fashion e-commerce startup Spoyl is in talks with several companies including Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal for a potential acquihire, Entrackr reported. Spoyl's existing investors Sequoia Capital, Times Internet and rocketship.vc have backed out from investing in the startup further, the report added. The startup is looking for talent acquisition and not a full-fledged company acquisition.
