Father-daughter rift at billionaire TVS family spills into subsidiary's boardroom: Report

A rift between TVS Group Chairman Venu Srinivasan and his daughter, Managing Director Lakshmi Venu, spilt into TVS arm Sundaram Clayton's boardroom, ET reported. The board convened twice in three days, initially accepting company secretary PD Dev Kishan's resignation and later reversing the decision in the second meeting. Lakshmi pushed for Kishan's removal, claiming he wasn't aligned with her.
