Faulty chopper pedal caused crash that killed Leicester City owner

The helicopter crash in which Leicester City owner, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, and four others were killed, was caused after a pedal controlling the tail rotor became disconnected, investigators said. The aircraft turned uncontrollably to the right before crashing near the team's stadium. The helicopter, an AgustaWestland AW169, had made four successful flights on October 27 before its last ascent.
