Faulty McDonald's drinks machine killed 2 employees, says manager in Peru

José Andrade, General Manager of the company operating Peru's McDonald's restaurants has said the beverage machine at the outlet where two employees were fatally electrocuted last week had experienced an electrical fault. "The information...that the machine was...giving people shocks was only known within...local managers," he added. "What they ought to have done is to stop using [it]," said José.
