FBI NY chief forced to retire over inquiry into Jan 6 riots' probe

FBI's New York field office head, James Dennehy, was forced to retire, as per an email by him. This comes after he rejected Trump administration's request to provide list of agents who worked on investigation into 2021 US Capitol attack. In January, Dennehy had alleged FBI officials were "being targeted because they did their jobs in accordance with the law".
