Fed under stress test like other institutions: Outgoing Fed Chief

Former Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell on Sunday said the US central bank was undergoing a stress test like many other institutions in the country. Powell further said that the Fed would lose its credibility if any administration could remove Fed officials over policy differences. Powell stepped down from his position in May and will remain a board member.
