FedEx India gets CCI nod to acquire minority stake in Delhivery

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved FedEx India's acquisition of minority stake in Delhivery. It also gave approval to acquisition of certain operating assets of FedEx India and TNT India by Delhivery, which recently filed draft papers with SEBI for IPO. Some customers and employees of FedEx will also be transferred to Delhivery, subject to obtaining their consent.
