FedEx to test self-driving last-mile delivery robot in US

FedEx has said it will begin testing 'FedEx SameDay Bot', its self-driving robot designed to make last-mile deliveries, later this year in certain American cities. The battery-powered robot is equipped with sensors and multiple cameras to help it detect and avoid obstacles and follow road and safety rules. It reportedly has a top speed of 16 kmph.
