Feel proud: Kargil war hero Capt Thapar in last letter to parents

A letter written by late Captain Vijayant Thapar, who lost his life in the Kargil war in 1999, has resurfaced. In his last letter to his parents, Thapar wrote, "By the time you get this letter, I'll be observing you all from the sky." He wrote, "I have no regrets...even if I become a human again, I'll...fight for my Nation."
