Felt humiliated, have talked to Punjab CM: Dr Raj Bahadur on quitting as VC

Dr Raj Bahadur, who resigned as the Vice Chancellor of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), after being asked to lie on a dirty patient bed by Punjab Health Minister Chetan Singh Jouramajra, said that he felt humiliated. He added that he has spoken to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and has "expressed anguish" over incident.
