Felt like Diwali: BJP leader fires pistol to mark PM Modi's '9 pm, 9 mins' appeal

An FIR was filed against BJP leader Manju Tiwari in Balrampur, UP after a video showed her engaging in celebratory firing on Sunday, when people lit lamps at 9 pm for 9 minutes on PM Modi's appeal.
