A video of a female staffer, identified as Pinky, kicking a mentally challenged man multiple times at a government hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli has surfaced, sparking outrage from users. She also abused the man, who sat on the floor. Reportedly, the woman wore a nurse's dress despite being a sanitation worker. She has been suspended, reports said.
