Fentanyl-laced pill may have led to Hayden Panettiere's death: Report

A TMZ report claims actress Hayden Panettiere may have taken a fentanyl-laced oxycodone pill sourced from a black-market dealer in LA. The DEA is investigating and the official cause of death will be confirmed after toxicology results. The 36-year-old actress passed away on August 16 in Greenville, South Carolina.
