Fidel signs MoU with Japan-based company for smart meter project

Shares of Fidel Softech Limited jumped 5% to ₹144.4 on Wednesday, after entering into an MoU worth nearly 75 million JPY (Japanese Yen) with IM Corporation Ltd, a company based in Japan. Fidel Softech will develop and support the SMART meter project, along with enterprise solution implementation and additional support, to be executed by March 31, 2026.
