Why has FIFA fined Israel Football Association ₹1.7 crore?

FIFA has fined the Israel Football Association 150,000 Swiss Francs (₹1.7 crore) after investigating alleged discrimination, racist abuse and offensive behaviour flagged by the Palestine Football Association. The PFA also accused IFA of including teams from Palestinian territory in its league. FIFA said it'd take no action against Israeli clubs, citing ​the West Bank's unresolved legal status.
