FIFA partially upholds Argentina's appeal against post-WC sanctions
FIFA's Appeal Committee has partially upheld the Argentine Football Association's (AFA) appeal against sanctions imposed on its players following the World Cup 2026 final. Nahuel Molina's suspension was reduced from seven matches to four, while his fine was cut from $90,000 to $60,000. However, Leandro Paredes' 10-match ban and $90,000 fine remain unchanged. The AFA plans to appeal to CAS.
