FIFA President Infantino might visit India in Oct and meet PM Modi: Reports

FIFA President Gianni Infantino might visit India in October and call on PM Narendra Modi to discuss the way forward for Indian football, as per reports. Infantino's visit might coincide with final leg of the FIFA Women's U-17 World Cup to be held in India. An AIFF statement said if the meeting takes place, then "path-breaking" announcements can be expected.
