Figure signs commercial deal to deploy humanoid for retail ops

US-based AI robotics company Figure on May 26 announced a commercial agreement with Catalyst Brands to deploy humanoid robots into their distribution and logistics network. Catalyst Brands operates retail brands including JCPenney, Aéropostale, and Brooks Brothers. The collaboration, with initial deployment in Nevada's Reno, focuses on automating physically demanding tasks within the supply chain.
