On Thursday, Sunteck Realty Limited shares surged 7.4% to ₹461.4 from the previous close of ₹429.40, following a 2.2% stake sale by foreign institutional investor Pabrai Investment Funds. The sale of 32.6 lakh equity shares reduced Pabrai's holdings from 6.5% to 4.3%, totaling 63 lakh equity shares.
