File FIR against Collector for slapping man: NCPCR to C'garh govt

The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has asked the Chhattisgarh government to register an FIR and take disciplinary action against Surajpur District Collector Ranbir Sharma for slapping a man who violated lockdown rules. The officer was removed on CM Bhupesh Baghel's instructions. In a video, Sharma can be seen slapping the man and throwing away his phone.
