Filled roles internally: Infosys as 10 execs quit in 18 months

After Infosys saw 10 senior level exits since October 2022, CEO Salil Parekh in an interview said all the leadership positions were filled with people from internal movements. "We've had a really strong leadership team," he added. The senior level exits include that of former President Ravi Kumar, who went on to become rival Cognizant's CEO.
