Film composer Ilaiyaraaja takes oath as Rajya Sabha MP

Film composer Ilaiyaraaja took oath as a Rajya Sabha member on Monday. Ilaiyaraaja, along with legendary athlete PT Usha and filmmaker V Vijayendra Prasad, was nominated to the Rajya Sabha earlier this month. He took oath after Droupadi Murmu was sworn in as the 15th President of India at the Central Hall of Parliament House.
