Filmmaker bleeds on road for 30 mins after bike crash in Delhi; his phone, GoPro stolen

A 30-year-old freelance filmmaker lay bleeding on a busy road for 30 minutes after a bike accident in Delhi. Piyush Pal sustained head injuries and died during treatment. A CCTV video of the accident showed a bike hitting him from behind. As per the victim's friend, people clicked photos of the accident while his phone and GoPro camera were stolen.
