SEBI banned finfluencer Ravindra Balu Bharti and his firm, Ravindra Bharti Education Institute, from the securities market till April 4, 2025 and imposed a ₹9.5-crore fine for giving unregistered investment advice. Bharti's YouTube channels allegedly influenced sale of multiple plans to same clients, limiting their input in trade decisions. The channels also failed to inform clients about risks.
