Finland's state rail operator to suspend trains to Russia from Mar 28
Finland's national railway operator will suspend trains between Helsinki and Russia's Saint Petersburg from March 28, said Director of Passenger Traffic Topi Simola. However, the Russia-Finland border is open for private crossings. Meanwhile, Minister for European Affairs and Ownership Steering Tytti Tuppurainen said trains were allowed to operate till now to allow Finns in Russia to return home.
