Finnish Air Force to not use swastika logo as insignia

Finland's Air Force Command has dropped its swastika logo as unit emblem after a century. The logo with a swastika, which is linked with Nazi Germany, has been replaced with an insignia featuring an eagle. "It was considered impractical and unnecessary to continue using the old unit emblem, which had caused misunderstandings from time to time," an official said.
