Fintech startup Niyo looking to acquire Smartcoin for $100-120 mn: Report

Bengaluru-based fintech startup Niyo Solutions is looking to acquire personal loan platform Smartcoin for anywhere between $100-120 million, Moneycontrol reported. The acquisition almost doubles Smartcoin's valuation which stood at around $60 million during the company's last fundraise. Niyo is also in talks to raise $100-150 million, four months after it raised $100 million in its Series C round.
